The seminar room is multi-functional in design with either a classroom or a conference layout for seminars, presentations or meetings or as a space for classes in yoga or other wellness activities. The space can also be rented for a small reception, a birthday party or a similar event.
Located next to the lobby and reception area, there is ample free parking in front of the building and across the street as well as at the supermarket «Billa» which is located just 150 m from Villa Marija.
Adjacent to the multifunctional room is a small kitchen with an outside entrance for deliveries and catering. Toilet facilities exist across the hallway.
